Does anyone know of a good tutorial on making your on Dedicated server? One that will include everything from step by step setup to all the commands you will ever need to know.

You can't technically yes there is a tutorial but it will only tell you how to install it, not how to maintain it, there are loads of things you just need to know, experience gets you it, it used to be easy with steam dedicated servers but now you can't use steam anymore so everything is on you.
