Meeting March 8th Word by Word What was said.

This won't be word for word but I will talk about all the important issues that were discussed.

Sindragon: Started off the meeting by discussing that ranks are there for a reason and people need to respect the people who have higher ranks then them. Also if you have a high rank you can't really boss anybody around who has a higher rank than you. Lastly respect everyone even if their rank is lower than yours. Lastly you need to be aware of what each person and their rank is capable of, and try and watch what you say around them. There have been some issues with people talking back to the admins and some people won't take it, so be safe and watch what you say. Also Admins need to not abuse their power, no matter what rank you are you're not invincible to discipline and abusal of admin will result in it. Sin said that people who donate servers apply to this as well, they are not immune or free to do whatever they want, they can be banned, Sin banned a old member of a previous clan who donated 7 servers because he tested him, so don't think anyone is immune.

BloodBird:I discussed two important points. First point was on practices. Practices are going to be starting next week on Thursday and Saturday at 5:00 P.M Eastern Time. It is expected of every member to be at at least 1 of these practices a week. The practices will last for about 1 hour and will entail Cyx, Soldier or whoever is spearheading it to go over strats, locations and teamwork on specifically chosen maps. This is not just for scrim teams, but for every person in this clan.

My other point was on the hacker who may or may not have been (but probably was) Mikey. He came in our vent at 1 p.m and 5:30 p.m and repeatedly came in even after being banned a total of 15 times. He is using an ip changer, I made it so no guests could join and that did fix the problem. Sin will be putting a permanent password for all new users on vent to prevent this from happening, this password is to be given to only leaders and owners and not to be given out lightly.

Sin also pointed out that this clan contrary to popular belief is not a pub clan, and will be trying and succeeding to get into leagues. As well be sure that at least 1 person posts any scrim or ten man we do as a clan on the forums, post the score at half and score at the end plus any highlights during the scrim.

Cyx/Somebody: He talked about the importance of not raging and yelling at people during scrims. If you are scrimming or practicing, and someone doesn't listen, you don't yell at them, the most constructive thing you can do is at least tell them what to do next time or what they did wrong instead of screaming at them for screwing up. Also people follow the strats to the bitter end, if someone tells you a strat, even if you don't agree with it, you follow it and if you die, you die as a team.

Soldier: He discussed the issue of racism. Racism is not at all allowed in this clan, Any use of racist words will result in an immediate ban, Sin added that if you slip up and say a word you need to apologize and remember not to do it again. Also the word fag or faggot is not allowed to be used as it is disrespectful and hurtful.
